About The Hangout
The Sims 2 Writers hangout was originally founded by Vi (similik101) and started off as a small yahoo group way back in early 2005. Since then we have moved to proboards forums and grown into what is probably one of the biggest sims 2 writing communities.
Despite our specific name, we have also expanded into other areas with an extensive database on custom content sites, photoediting tutorials, game tips and tricks, name dictionaries, and much much more. We also cater to many unique contests and are home of the Sexy Sim competition, Todderiffic, Grow up Well and of course the competition everyone is dying to be in, The Hangouts Next Top Model.
We also have sections for on-hand technical support, where can I find a downloads section, request columns for lots, objects, sims, skins and coverletters, as well as a group of dedicated members who love to read and critique stories.
We are a friendly bunch who love to chat and love to help and with over 6000 members you most likely would make a friend or 50 and get the help you need.
